Our Classrooms

Our school features two distinct classrooms, catering to both toddlers and preschoolers, each with small staff-to-student ratios to ensure focused attention. Our learning environment is enriched with imported Montessori materials, displayed on low wooden shelves, and complemented by child-sized furniture. Additionally, we take pride in our three enclosed playgrounds, providing ample opportunities for outdoor play and exploration. Your child will thrive in our holistic educational setting, where their individual needs and development are nurtured in a safe and stimulating environment.

Our Montessori classroom provides an enriching environment that stimulates children's learning. The tangible and interactive materials in the classroom encourage children to explore the world through their senses, through tactile experiences and movement, and by observing and interacting with their peers. One distinctive aspect of Montessori education is its hands-on approach, where children engage with specially designed materials, manipulating and investigating until they master the lesson at hand. Our teachers guide students through the curriculum at their own pace, introducing new lessons and allowing children to practice and reinforce their learning. As children progress, the classroom materials evolve to accommodate their growth, allowing older children to delve into the curriculum in more advanced and profound ways.

We utilize an application called Child Cloud to enhance communication and keep parents informed about their child's progress at school. This platform allows us to share updates on classroom activities, including photos of their child, and facilitates effective communication between parents and educators.

Toddler Group

Toddler Class

16 months - 3 years old

Our Montessori Toddler Programme is designed to provide a happy and enriching start to school for children aged 16 months to 3 years. We prioritize creating a warm and nurturing environment where each child's individual needs are taken into account.

One of the key aspects of our Toddler Programme is promoting vocabulary development. Our experienced teachers use a variety of engaging activities, such as storytelling and group interactions, to foster language skills in our toddlers. We believe that early language acquisition is crucial for future learning success, and our programme aims to support and enhance this important developmental milestone.

Independence and self-confidence are also important aspects of our Toddler Programme. We believe that toddlers are capable of accomplishing tasks independently, and we provide them with opportunities to practice self-help skills such as dressing, eating, and toileting. Our teachers provide gentle guidance and support, empowering toddlers to develop a sense of autonomy and self-confidence as they learn to take care of themselves.

Additionally, our Toddler Programme recognizes and celebrates the unique individuality of each child. Our teachers are trained to observe and understand each child's individual needs, interests, and developmental pace. This allows us to tailor our curriculum and activities to meet the specific needs of each child, ensuring personalized attention and support for their holistic development.

Overall, our Montessori Toddler Programme offers a supportive and stimulating environment that encourages vocabulary development, independence, and self-confidence in a caring and loving atmosphere. We are dedicated to providing a positive and enriching early education experience for our toddlers, setting them on a path for lifelong learning success.

We also provide flexible part-time options for our toddler group through our Monti-Playgroup! Children in the toddler class have the choice to attend two or three days a week at a reduced fee, accommodating different schedules and needs.

Pre-School Class

Pre-School Class

3 - 6 years old

The period of development from 3 to 5 years old is a time of rapid growth and change, encompassing social, emotional, cognitive, and physical aspects. At our Montessori school, our skilled teachers are attuned to these changes and provide appropriate lessons to support each child's growth and emerging capabilities.

We recognize the importance of cooperative play and social interactions during this stage. Our Montessori teachers facilitate opportunities for children to engage in collaborative activities that promote teamwork, communication, and social skills. Through group activities, children learn to navigate social dynamics, develop friendships, and cultivate empathy and respect for others.

Language development is also a central focus in our Montessori programme. We provide a rich language environment where children are exposed to a variety of spoken and written language experiences. Our teachers offer language-rich activities such as storytelling, phonics exercises, and early writing activities that foster the development of literacy skills. Children are encouraged to express themselves verbally and in writing, nurturing their emerging skills in reading and writing.

Mathematics is introduced through hands-on activities that engage children's natural sense of curiosity and exploration. Our Montessori materials and lessons provide opportunities for children to develop a strong foundation in number sense, geometry, and other mathematical concepts. Through manipulative activities, children develop an understanding of quantity, patterns, and basic mathematical operations, setting the stage for further math learning.

Physical development is also a crucial aspect of our Montessori programme. We provide ample opportunities for children to engage in gross and fine motor activities that enhance their physical coordination, balance, and strength. Outdoor play and nature-based activities are also integrated into our curriculum, allowing children to connect with the natural world, develop an appreciation for nature, and engage in physical activities in an outdoor setting.

At the heart of our Montessori approach is the development of children's confidence and independence. Our teachers encourage children to take ownership of their learning, make choices, and develop self-help skills. This fosters a sense of autonomy, resilience, and self-esteem that serves as a strong foundation for their future learning and growth.

Overall, our Montessori programme for 3 to 5-year-olds provides a comprehensive and holistic approach that nurtures social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. We strive to give children a solid head start and foundation for further learning in life, setting them on a path of lifelong success.
